Fit for Summer 2016. Physio, fitness, fun.

Fit for Summer is a group training session run by 3 wonderful physiotherapists (Miriam Anseline, adiposity Louise Richardson and Loretta Ascoli.) It consists of 10 weeks of sensible, about it well-supervised exercise at Buckle Reserve, cheapest Menai. The session runs weekly from 8 – 9.15am from Saturday 15th October to Saturday 17th December.

Fit for Summer is designed to raise heart rates, tone muscles and assist weight loss, all in time for summer. Importantly our big goal is to have lots of fun while getting fit and ensuring everyone can work to their own level of ability.

The program is split into low and high impact groups – you choose the level you are comfortable with and let us know. Exercises include walking (or jogging depending on your fitness level), boxing, light weights and circuit work. Adjustments are made for any existing injuries.

Numbers are strictly limited – the program does fill up so book now! Payments need to be received by 7th Oct. Cost $250 (group physio code 561 receipts will be issued to claim through your private health fund.)  We hope you can join us for a great program!
